* 12\+ years of experience in HR technology/HRIS, including 3\+ years leading SAP SuccessFactors configuration and delivery in a complex, global organization, with experience managing a team * Deep hands\-on expertise in Employee Central and working knowledge of at least two additional modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance \& Goals, Succession, Compensation or Time Off), including business rules, workflows, role\-based permissions and Provisioning * Proven experience managing HR integrations (Integration Center, OData/REST APIs, Dell Boomi or SAP CPI) and delivering releases, UAT and production deployments using Jira and Confluence * SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Performance \& Goals or Recruiting) and exposure to SAP BTP, Joule or Work Zone * A track record of delivering automation or AI solutions (RPA, Copilot agents, AI\-assisted workflows) that measurably reduce manual effort and improve the employee experience * Strong stakeholder management skills, able to turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, challenge constructively, and align HR, IT, Finance and vendors on priorities * Experience with M\&A system integrations, HR technology vendor selections/RFPs, or regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, DORA, SOX), combined with a continuous\-improvement mindset Key Skills: SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Compensation Salary: GBP 52500 - 64875 per yearly
