Roles & Responsibilities:
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Provide BAU support for SAP SuccessFactors ONB, including incident, problem, and change management
* Configure and enhance onboarding processes, panels, workflows, rules, documents, and tasks
* Lead requirement gathering, functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release management
* Manage integrations with Recruiting Management, Employee Central, and third‑party vendors
* Ensure data accuracy, document compliance, audit readiness, and system documentation
Stakeholder & Team Management
Work Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Availability: Full time
Requirements
Qualifications & Certifications
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is mandatory; RCM or Employee Central certification is preferred.
