Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant-Hybrid Company: VGreenTek SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: * Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations. * Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and relevant SuccessFactors modules. * Functional expertise in Performance Management (PM) and Goal Management (GM) for PM/GM roles. * Hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for payroll roles. * Experience in integrations, reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, as relevant to the role. * Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills. * Experience in multiple full-lifecycle implementations. * SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred Work Location: MH, India Availability: Full time
