Job Purpose: Lead and manage the Project Engineering function with overall responsibility for project planning, execution, installation, commissioning, cost, quality, safety, and timely completion of projects while effectively managing and developing a team of 1011 Project Engineers. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance - Plan and execute regular preventive maintenance of jewellery production machines such as casting machines, rhodium plants, rolling mills, laser machines, chain machines, plating units, polishing machines, etc. Identify early signs of wear, malfunction, or breakdowns and take corrective actions.
