Lead implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions for maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing plants and entities. Configure SAP PM modules for planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, work order management, maintenance execution, calibration processes, and facility maintenance operations. Integrate SAP PM with SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP QM, SAP FI/CO, EWM, and third-party systems. Work on SAP Fiori applications, BTP, MDK applications, process automation, continuous improvement initiatives, user training, audit support, testing, and technical documentation. Coordinate with vendors, SAP support teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners for seamless project execution.

Support and manage SAP Plant Maintenance operations with primary focus on SAP PM master data management and maintenance record accuracy. Create, update, and maintain equipment master data, functional locations, bill of materials, task lists, maintenance plans, and maintenance-related records within SAP PM systems. Ensure data standardization, compliance, validation, and process accuracy across maintenance operations. Support preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities while collaborating with maintenance, operations, and IT teams for issue resolution and reporting activities. Participate in data migration, cleansing, validation, and documentation processes.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, vendor management, communication management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation activities. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP functionalities. Monitor project progress, conduct meetings and workshops, prepare project status reports, support change management initiatives, and drive user adoption strategies. Coordinate with internal teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery and quality outcomes.

Manage end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects for client-side execution in Mumbai. Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions. Handle project planning, scope management, budgeting, risk mitigation, project timelines, reporting, quality assurance, and communication management. Ensure successful implementation of SAP modules including SAP PM, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP, and SAP Basis. Monitor project deliverables, organize review meetings, prepare status reports, manage escalations, and support post-go-live stabilization activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction during the complete SAP project lifecycle.
