As a Senior Associate Manager – Quality for Lighting Value stream at Collins Aerospace, you are responsible for leading incoming inspection of buy parts, assemblies, and COTS parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Manage and develop the inspection team, including workload allocation, competency development, and daily Tier 1/2 meetings. Drive quality performance through QN management, block stock disposition, QIP updates, supplier corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities: 6\. Monitor the block stock for SLT1 and MRB1 \& MRB3 disposition in same month or 30 days. B. Team Leadership 1\. Lead, train, coach, and evaluate receiving inspection personnel. 4\. Support employee development and competency assessments. 5\. Tier 1 meeting board should be maintain and updation on daily basis. C. Quality Management 1\. Develop and maintain receiving inspection procedures and work instructions . 2\. Monitor inspection cycle times, and incoming quality levels. Ammendment QIP as applicable. 4\. Job Title: Integration Engineer - SAP, EWM & Shop-floor Systems (L2/L3) Company: Leucine - AI for Pharma Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: About The Role We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our platform team and own the integration layer between Leucine applications and the systems around them on a pharma shop floor — SAP ERP and SAP EWM at the enterprise and warehouse level, weighing balances, floor scales and label printers at the point of work, and PLCs, SCADA, historians, LIMS and QMS across the L2/L3 layer. You will work directly on customer\-facing integration projects — understanding customer data schemas, configuring and testing integrations with our applications, and building and maintaining our Reify (edge/IoT) and SAP integration pipelines. This is a hands\-on role on production systems used by real pharmaceutical manufacturers, with direct exposure to customer SAP, automation, IT/OT and QA teams.
