Job Title: YASH Technologies is Hiring - Sr Consultant - HCM Company: Yash Technologies SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description * 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience. * Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR Configuration. * Extensive experience in SAP Payroll Configuration. * Hands-on expertise in Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs). * Strong understanding of SAP Payroll processing, schemas, and wage types. * Experience in HR and Payroll configuration remediation and issue resolution. * Ability to implement changes to HR attributes and remediate downstream configuration impacts. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Experience supporting production environments and enhancement requests. Work Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time
