Workday Testing / Workday Consultant

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand HR processes. Analyze and develop Workday configuration strategies, configure Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation modules, perform functional, integration, regression and UAT testing, build and validate Workday integrations with payroll, timekeeping and third-party systems, and support implementation activities.

2-6 years of Workday experience with expertise in Workday configuration, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation modules. Strong experience in functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing, Workday integrations, requirement gathering, configuration strategy, troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration.
