Requirements
- Implement and configure Workday Compensation module: grades, profiles, plans
- Design Advanced Compensation: merit, bonus and stock award cycles
- Gather requirements, run design workshops with HR and Finance teams
- Test and deploy compensation business processes
- Workday Compensation certification required; Advanced Comp preferred
- Experience with Workday HCM Core is mandatory
