Workday Functional Consultant Supply Chain

The Workday SCM Consultant will be responsible for implementation, support, and optimization of Workday Supply Chain Management modules. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement, inventory, and supplier management processes, translating business requirements into scalable Workday SCM solutions. Responsibilities include leading or supporting end-to-end implementations, configuring SCM modules, providing L2/L3 production support, analyzing and resolving incidents, supporting Workday quarterly releases, collaborating with integration teams, developing reports and dashboards, conducting workshops and user training, and maintaining functional design documentation. The team fosters an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where continuous learning and knowledge sharing are actively encouraged across all levels.

8+ years as Workday Functional Consultant SCM or 5-7 years as Workday Support Developer SCM. Strong expertise in Procurement, Suppliers, Inventory, and Business Assets. Experience in L2/L3 support, integrations, reporting, and Workday quarterly releases. B.Tech/B.E. or MCA/M.Tech qualification required. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
