Workday Reporting Sr. Associate 2

Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and calculated fields for HR analytics and reporting operations. Collaborate with Workday Functional Leads and SMEs to gather reporting requirements, optimize report performance, and maintain reporting governance standards. Support release impact analysis, Workday biannual releases, data governance, troubleshooting, and advanced reporting enhancements across HCM environments. Deliver training, reporting support, and enterprise analytics solutions for HR, compensation, payroll, recruiting, and benefits operations.

Strong expertise in Workday reporting including Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Dashboards, and Embedded Analytics is required. Candidate should possess SQL knowledge, reporting governance experience, data analysis skills, and troubleshooting capabilities. Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, HCM reporting, and stakeholder management is preferred.
