Workday Finance Technical

The Workday Finance Technical Consultant will implement Workday Financial Management or other ERP systems with experience in various functional areas including R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension/Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, and Intercompany. The consultant will leverage Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of these areas, preferably Record to Report (R2R). The role provides exposure to enterprise-scale Workday landscapes, offering opportunities for professional growth while working alongside experienced consultants and cross-functional technology teams. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide HR transformation programs and the chance to influence strategic decision-making at a senior level.

5+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting with experience in implementing Workday Financial Management or other ERP systems. Experience in R2R, P2P, O2C, Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, and Intercompany. Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area, preferably R2R. Any Graduate qualification. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
