Workday Integration Consultant

Design, implement, and support integrations between Workday and external systems (e.g., ADP). Demonstrate strong expertise in the Workday platform along with a solid understanding of integrated third-party systems. Plan, design, and develop integration solutions aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient integration delivery. Perform unit testing, develop test cases, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance guidelines.

5 8 years of experience in workday integrations. Strong understanding of Workday architecture, including data mapping and data structures, to design and implement integration solutions. Solid knowledge of integration development principles such as data mapping, interface design, and testing for building integrations between Workday and external systems. Familiarity with external systems integrated with Workday, including their data structures, APIs, and integration protocols, to enable seamless data exchange. Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders, gathering requirements, and communicating technical concepts effectively to ensure successful integration outcomes. Exposure to cloud platforms and their integration capabilities to support the design and delivery of efficient Workday integration solutions. Working knowledge of scripting formats such as XML and JSON for developing and testing integration solutions. Understanding of API protocols, including REST and SOAP, to facilitate reliable and efficient data exchange between Workday and external systems.
