System Management Analyst (Workday SCM)

The System Management Analyst will manage and support Workday Supply Chain Management modules including requisition, procurement, and invoice workflows. The role involves collaborating with Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement stakeholders, handling OM activities such as access requests, incidents, and enhancements, and contributing to Workday bi-annual upgrades. Additional responsibilities include working with marketplace applications like GHX/Prodigo, troubleshooting Workday integrations, running and debugging EIBs, documenting processes and configurations, and maintaining SOPs to ensure smooth supply chain operations. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the HR technology team.

5+ years of Workday Supply Chain expertise with hands-on experience in Requisition, Procurement, and Invoice workflows. Strong stakeholder management across Supply Chain functions. Experience in OM support, Workday upgrade cycles, marketplace applications (GHX, Prodigo), and familiarity with ParEx system. Good understanding of Workday integrations and ability to troubleshoot EIBs. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate qualification. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred.
