Job Title: Tech Consulting-Oracle-HCM-Payroll-Absence and Time and Labor-Functional Consultant -Senior Company: EY Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Oracle Human Capital Management – Functional - Senior (Payroll, Absence and Time & Labor) Job Summary: We are seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll - Functional Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Payroll, payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, costing, fast formulas, legislative/localization requirements and related Oracle HCM modules, extensive functional expertise, and a proven ability to deliver successful implementations and support in a consulting environment. Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * Manage and support internal KPI’s, Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. * Should be able to interpret functional requirements and able to deliver and design it from onsite and offshore. If required, ready to travel to onsite * Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and related Oracle HCM modules like Absence and time & labor, payroll elements, balances, payroll flows, costing, retro pay, Core HR * Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll, and related HCM processes and requirements and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Conduct fit-gap analysis, configuration, functional design documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Identify and mitigate system risks by evaluating functional and cross-functional dependencies, proactively recommend process improvements based on best practices. * Develop and maintain project documentation using AIM / OUM / TCM / Agile or other prescribed methodologies, including functional specifications, payroll configuration workbooks, test plans, and user guides. * Drive and assist business users during Prototype/CRPs/SITs/UATs/KUTs and prepare payroll test scripts, payroll cycle test cases, costing validation scenarios and conduct trainings. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Payroll and Human Resources, providing timely and effective support to clients. * Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met and function as the primary functional consultant for stakeholder alignment. * Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Payroll and Oracle Fusion HCM features, functionalities, and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients. * Participate in proposal development and client presentations. * Guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. * Core experience in Payroll and Human Resource with localization knowhow and having HR/payroll domain/process knowledge is preferred. * 0-3 years of experience working in ERP HR modules (EBS /Fusion) in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Absence, Time and labor with implementation and support experience with a focus on functional consulting. * Should have worked in at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, and emerging ERP platforms. * In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle HCM suite and its integration with other Oracle applications suits. * Lead the team either from the onsite and offshore, manage delivery independently. * Experience in payroll costing and integration with Manpower planning, Attendance, Time and Labour or downstream finance systems. * Familiarity with Oracle Reporting Tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), payroll reports, payroll flows and integrations using HCM Extracts. * Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll costing, retro pay, Core HR, and Time and Labour * Knowledge of configuration workbooks, Fast Formulas, Payroll Rules, payroll elements, balances, costing, payment methods, payroll processes and payroll reporting is desirable. * Prior consulting experience in a Big Four or similar environment is an asset. * Experience in any of the major industry sectors like Retail, Government, Energy, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities and Finance & Banking * Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members * Ability to drive projects along with the team and independently * Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents. * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills * Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly * Ability to work as part of a team * Ability to follow well defined release management processes * Ability to multitask and still stay focused on release priorities * Must have a valid passport. * Willing to work in MENA Shift timings (Sunday to Thursday). * Client site work / Business Traveling involve Work Location: Kochi, Kerala, India Availability: Full time
