SAP HCM Developer

Support various business functions in SAP HCM for S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. Collaborate with business owners and key users to understand HR processes and convert business requirements into SAP solutions. Perform system design, implementation, integrated testing, deployment, documentation, technical support, configuration, and custom development activities. Participate in projects involving SAP upgrades, new functionality implementation, and enhancement of existing HCM capabilities while coordinating with global process owners and providing regional user support.

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum three years of SAP HCM support experience. Strong expertise in SAP configuration, functional analysis, requirements gathering, testing across HCM modules, and stakeholder communication. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global support environment.
