Responsibilities: * Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, and Performance Management. * Customize SAP HCM processes to support HR business processes. * Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation. * Support data migration and integration activities related to SAP HCM. * Coordinate with technical teams for development and integration. * Exposure to SAP upgrades and support projects.
