Product Manager(HR/Saas)

Job Title: Product Manager(HR/Saas) Company: Oneness Holdings SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities * Manage the development and enhancement of ZingKey’s HR SaaS products based on business and customer requirements. * Collaborate with customers, Sales, and Implementation teams to understand HR processes, operational needs, and system requirements. * Prepare product requirements, PRDs, process flows, prototypes, and functional specifications for new features and enhancements. * Work closely with UI/UX, Development, and QA teams throughout the development and testing process. * Monitor product development progress and ensure features are delivered according to requirements. * Support the development of HR modules including Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Shift, Benefits, and Onboarding. * Review customer feedback, market developments, and competitor products to identify areas for improvement. * Participate in product roadmap, release planning, and feature prioritisation. Salary Range Benefits Of Joining Us * Performance related pay * Salary increment * 2% Medical Allowance Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise software products. * Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required. * Strong understanding of requirement analysis, business processes, and system workflows. * Ability to independently prepare PRDs, process flows, and product prototypes. * Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
