Supply Planning Specialist

Genpact I Urgent Hiring. Supply Planning Specialist | E2E Supply Planning | Spares/Aftermarket. Location: Pune | Permanent | 5 Days WFO | US Shift: 5:30 PM3:30 AM IST. We are hiring a Supply Planning Specialist with strong end-to-end supply planning experience, preferably from Spares / Aftermarket / Engineering Parts / Manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities. Own E2E Supply Planning & supply flow, from demand/forecast inputs through replenishment and logistics. Hands-on experience in MRP, Production Planning, MPS, Sourcing, Expediting, Replenishment & DRP. Independently resolve complex supply chain issues using strong core planning principles. Manage KPIs including Inventory, DOH/DIO, OTIF, Inventory Turns, OTD, Lead Time, Plan Adherence, Backorders & Fill Rate. Must Have. 6+ years of hands-on Supply Chain / Supply Planning experience. Experience in Spares / Aftermarket Automotive preferred; Aerospace, Healthcare, Energy, Transportation, Marine, Industrial/Engineering spares also relevant. Strong Excel Advanced formulas, Lookups, Macros, VBA & large-data handling (1000+ parts/products/suppliers). SAP MM/PP/DRP/Purchasing and/or Kinaxis experience. Proficiency in at least one: Power BI / Tableau / SQL. Strong ownership, problem-solving and ability to work independently under pressure.
