Job Title: Senior SAP PP QM S/4HANA Consultant. Job Summary:. We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP QM S/4HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment. This role requires extensive expertise in SAP PP and QM, coupled with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and quality management processes in S/4HANA. Responsibilities:. Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production planning and quality management requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions. Configure and optimize production planning and quality management processes within SAP S/4HANA, including master data management, material requirements planning (MRP), inspection planning, and quality control. Define integration points between SAP PP and QM modules and other SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and WM (Warehouse Management). Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP PP and QM issues in S/4HANA environment, working closely with end users and IT teams to resolve complex technical issues. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality and performance of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment. Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end users to ensure effective utilization of SAP PP and QM functionality in S/4HANA. Stay current with SAP S/4HANA PP and QM trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements. Qualifications:. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. X years of experience in SAP PP and QM implementation and support, with a focus on S/4HANA. Strong technical proficiency in SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment, including configuration, customization, and integration. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management principles, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) in S/4HANA. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. SAP certification in PP and QM modules preferred.
