Job Title: Successfactor Consultant Company: Tata Consultancy Services SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: Role: D & T Successfactor * Manage own workload of ‘HR tickets’ (incidents and service requests) ensuring that they are effectively managed in accordance with defined operating procedures and agreed SLAs. * Support the deployment of half yearly SuccessFactors release and mandatory system changes. * Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks. * Work closely with Data ops team to ensure Data is maintained in the system to the highest standard and identify any process or training gaps. Roles And Responsibilities: * At least one end to end implementation. * Good knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation. * Eager to learn and develop troubleshooting and customer service skills. Work Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Availability: Full time
