Job Title: SmartRecruiters Functional Consultant Company: Clock Edge Technologies Pvt Lt SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: ## Role Summary ## Key Responsibilities - Configure and support SmartRecruiters modules, workflows, forms, templates, permissions, and approval processes. - Manage implementation activities, including data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment. - Develop test scenarios, execute functional testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing. - Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams or vendors. - Provide stakeholder training and post-go-live support. - 0-1 years of experience implementing or supporting SmartRecruiters or a comparable ATS. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Prior experience leading global or multi-country implementations. - Stakeholder management - Testing and defect management - Change management and training - Successful delivery of SmartRecruiters implementations and enhancements. - High adoption among recruiters and hiring managers. - Accurate documentation, testing, and release management. \\Experience:\\* 5+ years - Identify opportunities to improve recruiter and candidate experience. ## Required Qualifications - Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters configuration and administration. - Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support. - SmartRecruiters certification or formal product training. - Experience with HRIS integrations such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. ## Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of recruitment marketing, job boards, background-check providers, assessment tools, and onboarding platforms. - Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. - Understanding of data privacy and recruiting compliance requirements. - Improved recruiting process efficiency and candidate experience.
