View Dental Canada is looking for a creative, bubbly, outgoing, and highly independent individual to manage our social media, strengthen our brand, and support community engagement across eight downtown Toronto dental clinics. This is an opportunity to take ownership, bring your vision to life, and make a real impact. We want someone who takes initiative, thinks outside the box, and can turn ideas into action without constant direction or micromanagement. * Social Media \& Content: Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. * Brand Development: Help build and maintain a consistent brand across all eight clinics, developing creative campaigns and new marketing ideas. * Digital Presence: Update website content, monitor social media analytics, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness. * Reputation Management: Monitor Google reviews, Podium, comments, and direct messages while helping address patient concerns professionally. * Community \& Events: Coordinate fundraisers, team events, employee spotlights, and initiatives that showcase our company culture. * Clinic Collaboration: Visit locations regularly to capture content, connect with teams, and discover new stories and opportunities.
