Job Title: Digital Marketing + Canva Expert Company: Kansoft Solution Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Canva to manage digital marketing activities, create engaging visual content, and strengthen the company's online presence. Key Responsibilities * Design creative and visually appealing social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva. * Create engaging graphics, reels, stories, and other content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. * Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns. * Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts. * Create marketing creatives for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and company promotions. * Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting across social media platforms. * Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and campaign performance. * Work closely with internal teams to understand marketing requirements and create relevant designs. * Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing materials. * Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design trends, and digital marketing practices. We are looking for someone who is not just a social media manager but also a hands\-on creative designer with excellent Canva skills, capable of independently creating professional marketing content and supporting the company's digital branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in designing social media creatives, marketing collaterals, promotional banners, presentations, and other digital assets using Canva, along with a good understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms. Required Skills \& Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related role. * Expert\-level proficiency in Canva is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. * Experience in creating professional social media creatives, marketing banners, brochures, and presentations. * Good understanding of content creation, branding, and digital marketing strategies. * Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics is an added advantage. * Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation. * Excellent creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Experience with Canva Pro and its advanced features. * Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools. * Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools. * Experience in IT industry marketing or technology\-focused content creation will be an advantage. * What is your Current Notice period? * What is your Current CTC? * What is your Expected CTC? * What is your Current location?
