Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant SAP HCM based in India . We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional to design, implement, and support human capital management solutions for clients in a global IT services environment. In this role, you will translate HR business requirements into effective SAP configurations, helping organizations optimize HR operations and improve business processes. You will lead solution design, implementation activities, system enhancements, and ongoing application support across core SAP HCM modules. Working closely with clients, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure reliable integrations, high-quality delivery, and secure handling of employee data. You will also take ownership of assigned project workstreams, resolve complex functional issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
