SAP HCM Consultant

Manage SAP HCM modules including Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service. Maintain employee master data integrity through backups, reporting, and archiving activities. Analyze business requirements, implement payroll processing solutions, support benefits administration, manage talent management initiatives, and optimize business workflows across HR operations.

Strong experience in SAP HCM implementation or support roles. Expertise in ESS and MSS modules, payroll administration, employee data management, business process analysis, workflow optimization, reporting, problem solving, and stakeholder management. Ability to support enterprise HR transformation programs.
