SAP HCM Time Management Consultant

The SAP HCM Time Management Consultant will configure and support SAP HCM Time Management including design and maintenance of Work Schedules & Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Absence & Attendance Types. The consultant will develop and manage Time Evaluation Schemas & PCRs, ensure accurate integration with Payroll, PA, and OM modules, gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, support time recording processes including positive/negative time and CATS, analyze and resolve time evaluation errors, participate in testing phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT, work on integrations with third-party systems, and provide production support, documentation, and end-user training.

8-13 years of SAP HCM Time Management experience. Deep understanding of Time Evaluation Schemas, PCRs, Work Schedules & Time Data Processing. Experience with Payroll integration. Any Graduate qualification.
