Job Description
This SAP HCM Testing Consultant role at Deloitte Consulting owns end-to-end testing for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, with a strong focus on complex PCRs, schema changes, and ABAP HR custom objects. You will plan, design, and execute functional, regression, and automation tests for time evaluation (RPTIME00), quota processing (RPTQTA00), and payroll including retroactivity. Daily responsibilities include partnering closely with functional and ABAP teams to triage defects, validate fixes, and maintain high-quality releases, covering SIT/UAT support, test data management across payroll areas and personnel subgroups, and maintaining test documentation and traceability. You will design and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA or similar tools to accelerate regression cycles.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 6-10 years of SAP HCM testing experience focused on Time Management and Payroll with hands-on testing of complex Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes. Experience testing custom ABAP HR reports/objects within SAP HCM is required. Strong knowledge of time evaluation (RPTIME00), quota processing (RPTQTA00), payroll calculation, and retroactive payroll testing is essential. Automation testing experience with SAP tools such as TOSCA is required. Any graduate degree is acceptable.
