You will help strengthen our recruitment practice, build hiring capability, and ensure our processes align with Ministry values and our commitment to excellent candidate experience. As we have a leader led recruitment model, being able to coach and support leaders throughout the recruitment process is an important part of this role. * Partnering with leaders to provide high quality recruitment advice, HRIS guidance and practical, end‑to‑end support. * Guiding efficient, fair, and consistent recruitment processes that deliver timely outcomes and excellent candidate care. * Building hiring manager capability through coaching on structured, evidence-based practices. * Delivering targeted sourcing strategies that attract diverse, high‑calibre talent reflective of the communities we serve. * Managing relationships with external recruitment providers as needed.
