Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central Company: NowWiN International Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Configuration Consultant Roles \& Responsibilities * Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Data Models, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Derivation and Latest People Profile. * Manage Role\-Based Permissions (RBP), user access, security and S\-User ID provisioning. * Drive and support end\-to\-end Employee Central implementations and global HRIS rollouts. * Conduct requirement\-gathering sessions, localization workshops and stakeholder discussions. * Collaborate with integration teams and external system owners to resolve integration and data flow issues. * Support Story Reporting, Transport Tool activities and configuration changes. * Maintain implementation workbooks, configuration documents and project documentation. * Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution and configuration updates. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams across global projects and manage project status reporting. Experience: 5\+ Years Must\-Have Skills * 5\+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong hands\-on Employee Central configuration expertise. * Minimum 3 full\-cycle end\-to\-end Employee Central implementations. * Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification with an updated Credly link (mandatory). * Hands\-on experience in Data Models, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, RBP, Event Derivation and Latest People Profile. * Strong understanding of HRIS implementation, integrations, security and localization. * Experience in SIT, UAT and defect resolution. Secondary Skills (Good to Have) * SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting. * Transport Tool experience. * Knowledge of PMGM and RCM modules. * Knowledge of SAFe methodology. * Experience in global HRIS transformation projects.
