SAP HCM + Payroll

The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will configure and support SAP HCM modules especially Payroll and Personnel Administration, manage end-to-end payroll processing including payroll schema, rules, and payroll execution, handle SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects, gather and analyze business requirements from HR and payroll stakeholders, perform system configuration, testing, and documentation, support payroll integration with finance and other SAP modules, troubleshoot and resolve payroll and HCM-related issues, ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements, and participate in UAT, go-live support, and post-implementation support.

3+ years of SAP HCM and Payroll experience. Expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, and payroll driver. Knowledge of PA, OM, and Time Management. Experience with payroll integration with FI/CO. Any Graduate qualification.
