Job Title: SAP Fieldglass Company: Infosys Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: * SAP Fieldglass Configuration * Contingent Workforce Management * Services Procurement * Workflow Configuration * Security \& Role Management * Business Rules Configuration * Supplier Management * Statement of Work (SOW) Management Technical Skills * SAP Fieldglass Integrations * XML / CSV Data Mapping * Web Services / APIs * SFTP Configuration * SAP CPI / PI / PO (Preferred) * SAP SuccessFactors Integration * SAP S/4HANA Integration Consulting Skills * Requirement Gathering * Solution Design * Stakeholder Management * Documentation * Training \& Knowledge Transfer * Production Support Key Responsibilities SAP Fieldglass Configuration * Configure and maintain SAP Fieldglass modules including: o Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) o Services Procurement (SOW) o Worker Profile Management o Job Posting Templates o Rate Structures and Rate Cards o Approval Workflows o Security Roles and Permissions o Business Rules and Custom Fields Business Requirements \& Solution Design * Gather and analyze business requirements. * Conduct fit\-gap analysis and propose scalable solutions. * Translate business requirements into Fieldglass configurations. * Prepare functional specifications and design documents. Workflow \& Process Management * Configure approval chains and routing rules. * Design onboarding, offboarding, and worker lifecycle processes. * Implement compliance and governance controls. * Support supplier and buyer configuration activities. Integrations * Work with integration teams on: o SAP S/4HANA o SAP ERP ECC o SAP SuccessFactors o Ariba o Payroll systems o Third\-party Vendor Management Systems (VMS) * Analyze and troubleshoot integration errors. * Support file\-based, API, and middleware integrations. Testing \& Deployment * Prepare test scenarios and test scripts. * Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments. * Coordinate defect resolution and change management activities. Support \& Optimization * Provide production support and issue resolution. * Perform root cause analysis for configuration\-related issues. * Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. * Support quarterly SAP Fieldglass releases and regression testing. Reporting \& Analytics * Configure and maintain Fieldglass reports and dashboards. * Analyze workforce data and procurement metrics. * Support business reporting requirements. * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 4\+ years of SAP Fieldglass experience. * Minimum 2 end\-to\-end SAP Fieldglass implementations. * Experience working in global procurement or workforce management programs Preferred Qualifications * SAP Fieldglass Certification. * SAP Ariba experience. * SAP S/4HANA integration experience. * Experience with MSP and staffing supplier processes. * Knowledge of procurement and P2P processes. Success Criteria The consultant will be expected to: * Independently configure SAP Fieldglass solutions. * Lead requirement workshops. * Deliver high\-quality configurations and deployments. * Resolve complex production issues. * Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. * Drive client satisfaction and process optimization.
