* Manage employee data, including master data setup, payroll processing, and benefits administration. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments through SAP HCM module. * Collaborate with finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee compensation. * Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all aspects of human resources management. Job Requirements : * Deep technical and functional knowledge on data modeling and processes - Employee Systems ( HR), UKG, ADP Global view Payroll, SAP HR * Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP HCM (Payroll) module. * Experience with master data setup, maintenance, and reporting in SAP HCM.
