Job Description
This SAP HCM Consultant role at Tech Mahindra involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP HCM, performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, and providing appropriate system solutions. You will identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements, with experience on SAP human capital management modules including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support. Daily responsibilities include working with SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager 7.2, and SAP Activate Methodology. The role requires comprehensive functional knowledge in SAP HR and a thorough understanding of customer needs with proven track record in SAP implementation methodology and skills in implementing practical business solutions leveraging SAP technologies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of SAP/HCM experience with skills in implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP/HCM module and related sub modules. Should have at least 1 ETE implementation experience with advanced architectural knowledge of SAP. Strong knowledge of Business Processes in any kind of industry is required. Any graduate degree is acceptable.
