SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will lead consulting engagements from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment. The consultant will review proposals, provide guidance, analyze solutions for potential risks, identify change management requirements, and coach team members. The role involves end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations including requirement gathering, workshops, build, training, testing, and data migration. Hands-on experience on Payroll/Time Schemas and Rules for at least one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC is required along with configuration of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS-MSS, Interfaces, and FIORI APPS.

9+ years of SAP HCM experience with minimum 1 End-to-End SAP HCM Payroll implementation. Hands-on experience on Payroll/Time Schemas and Rules. Experience in PA, OM, Time Management, ESS-MSS, Interfaces, FIORI. Integration experience with Workday and SuccessFactors. Bachelor of Engineering required. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate.
