SAP ABAP Consultant

VSD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in RICEF development, OO ABAP, enhancements, interfaces, forms, workflows, S/4HANA development, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData, Web Services, and SAP BTP.The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, conducting feasibility analysis, estimating technical effort, and delivering scalable SAP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP ABAP DevelopmentStrong conceptual knowledge of SAP ABAP with hands-on experience in RICEF objects.Develop and maintain Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF).Develop interfaces using:BAdIsBAPIsRFC CallsEnhancementsFunction ModulesClasses and MethodsWorkflowsDevelop and maintain ABAP Data Dictionary objects including:DomainsData ElementsStructuresViewsDevelop ALV Reports.Work on SAP Script, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.Experience in Module Pool Programming.Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).Experience with ABAP Web Dynpro.Enhancements & DebuggingStrong hands-on experience with Implicit and Explicit Enhancements.Work with BAdIs and User Exits.Perform advanced debugging and root-cause analysis.Apply ABAP coding standards and best practices.Performance OptimizationPerform ABAP Performance Tuning.Analyze database performance, indexes, and SQL-related issues.Optimize ABAP programs for improved system performance.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.SAP S/4HANA DevelopmentStrong hands-on experience with:OO ABAPCDS ViewsAMDPRAP – RESTful ABAP Programming ModelHANA-based development and modellingIntegration & API DevelopmentDevelop and maintain interfaces using Web Services and Proxies.Experience with SOAP tools.Develop OData Services.Work with Web Services and integration scenarios.Develop and consume APIs/interfaces as required.Requirement AnalysisGather and analyze technical requirements.Conduct feasibility analysis.Prepare technical effort estimations.Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of developed solutions.

7 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience.Strong hands-on development experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.Strong S/4HANA development knowledge with CDS, AMDP and RAP.Experience with SAP BTP is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently and handle technical requirements end-to-end.Candidates available immediately or within 30 days are preferred.
