SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Summary TruSpeQ is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, GCC country payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll configuration and integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll/ECP. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes and functionalities. Work on GCC country-specific payroll requirements and statutory processes. Configure and maintain Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and Wage Types. Handle payroll-related issues, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Work on SAP Time Management, including both Positive and Negative Time Management. Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll/ECP. Analyze and resolve integration, payroll, and time-management issues. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and provide effective solutions. Perform payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation. Support payroll-related enhancements, configuration changes, and production issues. Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll. Experience with GCC Country Payroll. Strong knowledge of SAP Time Management. Experience with both: Positive Time Management Negative Time Management Hands-on experience with Payroll Configuration, Schemas, PCRs, and Wage Types. Good understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP Payroll/ECP. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of end-to-end payroll processes. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
