SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP FICO Fresher / Trainee who has completed SAP FICO training and has a good understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.The selected candidate will work with experienced SAP consultants and business teams to support SAP FI and CO activities, including configuration, testing, documentation, issue analysis, and user support.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements and assist senior consultants in mapping them to SAP FICO processes.Assist in SAP FI and CO configuration under the guidance of senior consultants.Gain hands-on exposure to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).Support Asset Accounting (AA) and basic asset lifecycle processes.Assist with Bank Accounting and payment-related activities.Understand and support Accounts Payable invoice processing and payment processes.Support customer accounting, incoming payments, and account clearing.Assist with Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting.Gain exposure to Internal Orders and cost allocation processes.Understand month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist with Automatic Payment Program (APP) activities.Gain knowledge of tax configuration and withholding tax processes.Support FI integration with MM and SD.Assist in analyzing and resolving SAP FICO issues under the supervision of senior consultants.Prepare and maintain functional documentation and process documents.Assist with unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.Prepare test cases and test data as required.Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution.Provide support during implementation, testing, and post-go-live activities.

Fresher with SAP FICO training/certification.Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Good understanding of accounting fundamentals.Strong interest in building a career in SAP FICO.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn SAP configuration and real-time business processes.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Immediate joiners are preferred.Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, BBA, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.SAP FICO certification/training is preferred.
