SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

VSD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with 5 years of relevant experience to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:Employee Central (EC)Performance & Goals / PMGMLearning Management System (LMS)Recruiting Management (RCM)Onboarding (ONB)The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring and supporting SuccessFactors solutions, troubleshooting functional issues, and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements.Work on one or more SuccessFactors modules: EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, and ONB.Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.Configure SuccessFactors modules according to approved business processes.Participate in testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and deployment activities.Support integration and data-related requirements across SuccessFactors modules.Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and test scenarios.Provide end-user support and guidance.Collaborate with technical consultants, integration teams, project managers, and other functional teams.Analyze production issues and provide timely functional solutions.Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.Ensure solutions follow SAP SuccessFactors best practices and client requirements.

5 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience.Strong hands-on experience in at least one or more of EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, or ONB.Experience in implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Candidates available immediately or within 30 days are preferred.
