SAP FI Consultant

VSD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with 7–12 years of relevant experience to support SAP Finance and Controlling processes, implementation activities, configuration, testing, integration, and production support.The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO processes, experience in requirements gathering and business-process mapping, and the ability to work closely with technical and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP FIConfigure and support core SAP FI processes.Work on General Ledger (GL) accounting.Configure and support Accounts Payable (AP) processes.Configure and support Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.Handle Asset Accounting (AA) processes.Work on Bank Accounting and payment-related processes.Configure and support taxation and withholding tax processes.Work on document types, posting keys, number ranges, validations, substitutions, and financial configurations.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Analyze and resolve FI-related production issues.IntegrationStrong understanding of integration between SAP FI/CO and:SAP MMSAP SDSAP PPSAP Asset Management / PMImplementation & SupportGather business requirements from stakeholders.Analyze business processes and prepare functional solutions.Prepare functional specifications for technical development.Participate in configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.Conduct issue analysis and provide appropriate solutions.Prepare test scenarios and support business users during testing.Coordinate with ABAP and other technical teams for custom developments.Support data migration and reconciliation activities where required.Client & Stakeholder ManagementInteract with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements.Provide functional guidance and SAP best-practice recommendations.Participate in client meetings and solution discussions.Prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials.Support project teams during implementation and rollout activities.

7 years of relevant SAP FI/CO experience.Strong hands-on functional experience in SAP FI and CO.Good understanding of cross-module integration.Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Candidates available immediately or within 30 days are preferred.
