SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 4+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling processes, integration with other SAP modules, testing, documentation, and financial closing activities. Key Responsibilities Perform SAP FICO configuration and functional support. Handle SAP FI processes including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Controlling (CO) Work on FI-MM and FI-SD integration processes. Support and understand end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Participate in UAT, functional testing, and issue resolution. Prepare and maintain functional documentation. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Provide user training and functional guidance to business users. Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP FICO solutions. Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and process improvements. Support day-to-day SAP FICO operations and ensure smooth business process execution.

4+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO. Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support. Good knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and CO. Strong understanding of FI-MM and FI-SD integration. Good knowledge of P2P and O2C business processes. Experience in UAT, testing, and functional documentation. Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes. Good user-training and stakeholder-management skills. SAP S/4HANA exposure is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
