Job Title: People Intelligence specialist Company: Envalior SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, HR reports, SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports, and Excel-based analytical models that support operational and strategic decision-making * Build and maintain Power BI semantic data models, including Power Query transformations, relationships, DAX measures, validation controls, dashboard logic, and performance-aware report structures * Translate business requirements into clear reporting specifications, metric definitions, data logic, dashboard designs, and actionable analytical outputs * Validate and reconcile HR data across source systems and reporting outputs, investigate discrepancies, and support consistent data quality controls * Analyze workforce, organization, compensation, payroll, and other HR data to identify trends and explain findings in clear business language * Support recurring reporting cycles, statutory and compliance reporting, audit requests, and global HR processes through accurate and timely reporting deliverables * Collaborate with HR stakeholders, HRIT, IT/data teams, and external providers on report development, source-system logic, integrations, and issue resolution * Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, visualization standards, and user guidance, and continuously improve report quality, usability, governance, and adoption Work-Life Balance & Flexibility Maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life with Envalior's commitment to supporting your schedule. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Qualifications * Strong hands-on Power BI capability, including Power Query, semantic data modelling, relationships, DAX measures, dashboard design, visual storytelling, performance awareness, and data validation * Experience working with HR data and people analytics, including workforce, organisation, compensation, payroll, and employee lifecycle concepts * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and data structures is a strong advantage; Story Reporting capability is preferred * Ability to design executive-ready dashboards that convert complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data models, and validation controls * Understanding of reporting governance, metric definitions, data quality controls, documentation, and stakeholder requirement translation * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and ability to explain technical reporting concepts in business-friendly language Benefits WHY ENVALIOR?
