People Analytics Consultant

Job Title: People Analytics Consultant Company: RS Group Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: Location: This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. We're looking for an experienced People Analytics Consultant to join our People Technology team on a 6\-month fixed\-term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering strategic people insights, advancing our analytics capability, and helping People leaders make better decisions through data. * Shaping our people analytics roadmap and promoting data\-driven decision making * Translating business challenges into actionable analytics programmes * Delivering high\-impact people analytics projects and insights * Driving adoption and business value from Visier and SuccessFactors Story Reporting * Building and enhancing dashboards, reports and data visualisations * Supporting workforce planning and predictive analytics initiatives * Partnering with stakeholders across People, Finance and Technology * Helping develop data literacy and self\-service analytics capabilities across the organisation * Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or Workforce Analytics * Expertise working with large and complex HR datasets * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data and reporting * Experience using analytics and visualisation platforms such as Visier, SuccessFactors Story Reports, Power BI or similar * A passion for turning data into compelling stories and practical recommendations for leaders As a global product and service solutions provider, we help industrial customers operate more efficiently and sustainably.
