Job Title: Lead Consultant Company: Infosys Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to oversee and drive EC related projects, continuous enhancements, and innovation initiatives. This role goes beyond operational support, focusing on delivering strategic improvements, leading functional design, and shaping the direction of EC capabilities in partnership with HR and IT leadership. You will champion EC best practices, guide configuration excellence, oversee integrations, and ensure the solution evolves to meet business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong functional depth, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving digital HR transformation. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Leadership of EC Enhancements \& Projects • Lead end to end delivery of EC enhancement initiatives, small to medium projects, and optimisation programs. • Serve as the primary onshore EC functional lead and trusted advisor to HR stakeholders. • Engage and influence HR, IT, and leadership teams to ensure adoption of EC capabilities. • Lead configuration activities across Employee Central: 4\. Integration Leadership \& Issue Resolution • Lead cross functional troubleshooting with offshore teams and technical experts. • Ensure robust integration designs that support scalable HR processes. 5\. Data Governance \& Quality Management • Lead data migrations, mass updates, and template\-based data loads. • Monitor EC data integrity and ensure compliance with HR policies. • Maintain high quality documentation, functional specs, SOPs, and design artefacts. • Ensure adherence to change management practices and audit controls. • Track KPIs for enhancement delivery and continuous improvement outcomes. • Proven ability to lead EC projects, enhancements, and design discussions. • Strong stakeholder and project leadership capabilities. • Comfortable leading in an onsite, business\-facing environment. * Life, Trauma \& Income Protection Insurance * Health and Well\-being programs * Marram Holidays \& Healthcare * Access to Fitness and Gym Memberships * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid, based on role and business needs) Work Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Availability: Full time

Salary: 129,311 \- 142,018 Please Note : The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes. • Act as the EC solution architect during project cycles (requirements, design, build, test, deploy). • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, define solution approaches, and present design proposals. • Oversee regression testing, release readiness, and impact assessment for biannual SF releases. * Other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, PMGM, Time Off, etc.) * S/4HANA, SAP HCM, Payroll * CPI, Integration Center, APIs Required Skills \& Experience: • Extensive experience across integration touchpoints with S/4HANA or SAP ECC (PA/OM/Payroll). • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory). • Experience with HR processes in the Australian Energy or Resources sector.
