Job Title: HR Service Specialist, HR Share Services Company: Sonova Group SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: You will act as the go-to partner for accurate, timely, and service-oriented administrative support for employees and line managers on a day-to-day basis on all HR matters. More about the role: * Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments * Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP) * Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data * Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits) * Support line managers and employees on HR topics in English * Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus) * Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss) * Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions * Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities * Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments More About What We Offer As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture. * At least 5 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, with a good understanding of the HR employee lifecycle * Familiar with HR processes and systems, and understands HR best practices * Team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking * Excellent MS Office skills (especially in Excel) * Proficiency in English, Japanese/Korean is considered a plus * User experience in SuccessFactors, ServiceNow (SNOW) and SAP Experience Required: mid-senior level Key Skills: SAP HCM Salary: Not disclosed
