About you We’re looking for someone with: Strong experience in SAP HXM and SAP SuccessFactors. Hands-on experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central. Strong SAP consulting and client-facing experience. Experience across SAP implementation or transformation projects. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
