Job Description
Talworx is looking for SAP HCM Consultants to lead SAP HCM implementation projects from initiation to go-live. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to gather business requirements, configuring payroll and benefits modules, conducting testing, ensuring quality assurance, supporting deployment activities, and delivering SAP HCM solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Requirements
Candidate should have strong experience leading SAP HCM implementation projects with expertise in payroll, benefits, and time management modules. Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and SAP configuration skills are required. Experience in client handling and enterprise HR transformation projects is preferred.
