The ideal candidate should be capable of managing Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, coordinating with employees and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, ensuring policy compliance, and providing excellent customer service. * Knowledge of HR systems, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential for success in this role.
