We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh This is a great opportunity to build a career in the SAP HCM domain. Key Responsibilities:. Handle day-to-day HR operations for head office and project-based employees. Manage employee attendance, leave requests, absences, and related HR records. Prepare warning letters, disciplinary actions, employee statements, and HR correspondence. Manage probation periods, performance evaluations, confirmations, and extensions. Handle employee relations cases and coordinate with project managers regarding employee-related issues. Requirements:. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations. Previous experience in contracting, construction, or a project-based environment is highly preferred. Practical knowledge of employee relations, disciplinary procedures, leave management, and probation processes. Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law. Experience with HR systems; Jisr is an advantage.
