Deliver end-to-end SAP HR solutions with focus on SAP HCM and ESS/MSS WebDynpro environments. Gather client requirements, configure SAP HR modules, conduct testing activities, support implementations, provide end-user training, manage post-go-live support, perform system integrations, and drive HR process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum seven years SAP HR implementation and support experience with WebDynpro expertise. Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, reporting tools, SAP integrations, compliance requirements, testing, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.
